Terms of use

Beta service information and responsible publishing

Last reviewed for the beta: 9 October 2026

Provisional beta terms. These describe how readolia currently works; they are not finalized commercial terms or a substitute for legal review.

About readolia

readolia is a web platform for uploading, reading and sharing PDFs as digital magazines, catalogs, portfolios and other flipbooks. It offers publisher profiles and magazine series.

Free Forever is the only active public plan. Creator, Pro and Publisher are future packages marked Coming Soon. Their proposed prices, limits and features may change. Registering interest is not a purchase or commitment.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials safe, use accurate account information and access only the accounts and content that you are authorized to use.

Publishers are responsible for what they upload and for obtaining all appropriate rights, permissions and licences.

Copyright and content ownership

Publishing a PDF on readolia does not transfer ownership of its copyright to readolia. The publisher remains responsible for ensuring it can distribute the content, including any images, trademarks and contributions by third parties.

You may not use readolia to impersonate others, distribute malware, invade privacy, evade platform access controls or publish unlawful or infringing content.

Published, unlisted and removed content

A published issue may appear in the public archive and be shared or embedded. A Draft is removed from public listings, but its PDF file URL is currently publicly accessible. Do not upload confidential PDFs.

Removing a listing may not remove separately hosted files, cached copies or backups. Full file deletion and retention controls have not yet been independently verified.

Beta availability and paid plans

readolia is in beta and features can change. Basic first-party PDF-open reporting is being introduced, while paid subscriptions, private file access and collaborative team permissions are not active as complete production services.

No payment-card checkout, paid upgrades or recurring charges are active. Any future subscription, taxes, refunds, renewals and billing rules require separate commercial terms before launch.

Reporting and contact

Signed-in publishers may contact the support desk about problems, rights requests or content reports. Public reporting by people without an account and an operator contact outside the app remain pre-launch requirements.

This beta notice does not invent a company registration number, registered address, legal entity, or jurisdiction. Final binding terms must identify the verified operator and be reviewed before commercialization.

Questions or requests?

Signed-in publishers can open a support request. A verified public contact and finalized legal/operator disclosures remain required before full launch.
