Rights, infringement reports and beta procedures

Last reviewed for the beta: 9 October 2026

Publishers are responsible for the rights to their uploaded materials. A public notice-and-action intake outside account login is not yet operational.

Publish only authorised material

Upload only documents, images, logos and works you own or have explicit rights to distribute. Third-party images, artwork, text and trademark use may require licences.

readolia does not automatically acquire ownership of uploaded content by displaying it.

Reporting a problem

A useful report identifies the exact publication URL or ID, the specific material in question, why it may be infringing or unlawful, relevant evidence and a method for necessary follow-up.

Signed-in publishers may submit a report using Help & support. A public, usable reporting route for affected persons without accounts, plus review and appeal processes, remains a release requirement.

Handling notices

Content reports should be reviewed fairly and individually. A notification is not proof of infringement; the publisher may be asked for documentation.

The operator must implement appropriate moderation decisions, information to parties and available redress consistent with relevant law before public launch. No guaranteed turnaround or fully automated process is claimed here.

Questions or requests?

Signed-in publishers can open a support request. A verified public contact and finalized legal/operator disclosures remain required before full launch.
